Compression garments and performance in triathlon
Compression garments are becoming more popular for sport and exercise. Triathletes are not able to wear compression garments during exercise (due to competition rules) but are allowed to wear them during warm up and of course following competition. This study examines the use of compression garments during warm up on subsequent cycling and running performance in well-trained triathletes. This study is a collaboration with researchers at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
